Itinerary:
6:50 a.m. Stadium Rehearsal
8:00 a.m. Front Ensemble push to semi
2:00 p.m. All band students meet in the band hall for 6th period to change into bibbers and finish loading equipment
3:00 p.m. Departure from CSHS
5:00 p.m. Arrive at stadium and eat dinner (Chick-fil-A)
5:30 p.m. Get into jackets, gauntlets, etc.
6:00 p.m. Warm up outside the stadium in sections
6:20 p.m. Parade block to stadium seats
6:30 p.m. Warm-up / School song / National anthem
7:00 p.m. Game begins
8:30 p.m. halftime show
10:00 p.m. Approximate time for end of game
10:30 p.m. Depart for home
12:00 a.m. Midnight – arrive at CSHS, turn in uniforms.
We will unload on Friday morning.
No morning rehearsal on Friday morning. Study hall. We will watch the halftime performance video during class.
