Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble is the top performing ensemble in the CSHS Band Program, the Wind Ensemble performs music at the highest degree of difficulty. Performances include the UIL Concert & Sight-Reading Contest, one or more invitational festivals, the annual Spring Concert at Wolf Pen Creek, and special events. A one-hour section rehearsal is scheduled weekly from January-May. In addition, extra rehearsals and clinics are occasionally scheduled during competition time. Students must participate in marching band in order to be eligible for placement in the Wind Ensemble.
