Friday Afternoon
Load Instruments on Semi and bring up Uniform Bags during Band Classes.
4:00 – Inspection
4:15 – Load Buses
4:30 – Departure from CSHS
6:15 – Dinner in Waco ISD Parking Lot (Food TBD)
Unload Instruments
Restrooms
Change into Uniform – No hats, gauntlets or gloves needed
7:00 – Get in Stands for School Song
7:30 – Game Starts
8:45 – Approximate for Halftime (Play for Strutters and 2 Stand Tunes)
10:30 – Load up and head home.
Midnight – Arrive at CSHS, and Unload
Parents be ready to pick up your kids on time. We always have at least a couple students that cause us to wait with them long after everyone else is gone. Students should be calling to update the arrival times about 20 minutes before we get home.
