Timeline:
6:00 p.m. Arrive. Get into uniform. Use extra time to finish cleaning up instruments.
6:20 p.m. Inspection in the band hall. Be in FULL UNIFORM.
You need the following to pass inspection:
- Instrument
- Flip folder
- Lyre
- Long black socks
- Black marching shoes
- Bibber
- Jacket
- Hat box with wrap
- Gauntlets
- WATER JUG
6:30 p.m. Run through a few stand tunes
6:50 p.m. Line up in parade block and march to stadium
7:30 p.m. Game starts
9:00 p.m. Approximate time for halftime
10:30 p.m. Approximate time for end of game. Parade block back to band hall.
Low brass and battery load into the semi.
Hang uniforms correctly / uniform check with Mrs. Schatz.
Make sure you let your ride know when to pick you up after the game. Don’t be the one that makes us wait for you to be picked up. We want to go home, too.
