Friday Night, October 4

Load Front Ensemble and props during the home game. Load all brass on the semi-trailer after the game.

Saturday, October 5

REMINDER: BRING WATER JUGS

12:00 p.m. Band Hall opens. Load any instruments. Load any necessary items onto the truck. Finish coolers and water jugs. You need to have eaten breakfast and lunch already on your own.

12:45 p.m. Change into bibbers, marching shoes, black socks, and show shirt.

1:15 p.m. Inspection

1:30 p.m Load buses

1:45 p.m. Leave CSHS

2:45 p.m. Arrive at Cub Stadium. Find restrooms. Unload equipment and instruments.

4:20 p.m. Official warm-up time

5:00 p.m. Official performance time

5:20 p.m. Load instruments. Wear show shirt and band approved shorts (not compression shorts) for ride home.

Boosters will provide snack and drink

6:20 p.m. Students head home with Mr. Dixon. Drum Majors and Color Guard Captains stay with Mr. Seale and another director/chaperone.

7:20 p.m. Band students arrive at CSHS and unload with Mr. Dixon.

8:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony

9:30 p.m. Mr. Seale, Drum Majors, Color Guard Captains arrive at CSHS
