Register/Update Charms

To make this process easier (since we’re virtual), we have created a Google Form that collects all the info we need to register/update your Charms account. Please complete this form, making sure you’ve included the following:

• Student Name / email / cell phone
• At least 1 parent name/ email / cell phone
• A second parent/guardian info is recommended
• T-shirt size
• Shorts size (unisex, drawstring athletic shorts)
• Dietary Restrictions/Allergies
